The Records Office will be closed for the following occasions during the 2023 - 2024 school year, and Summer 2024. All requests submitted during this time will be processed in the order received, when school is back in session.

Current Students & Parents
Compose an email to records@fultonscienceacademy.org If you are a current student, please use your school issued email address. If you are a parent, please use an email address that we have on file at the school. If the request does not come from a school email account or a parent email on file with FSA, the request can not be fulfilled.
- Make your subject appropriate to the material.
- If requesting a transcript, please indicate whether you need an official or unofficial transcript.
- Include any official submission links and/or PDF records release forms, etc in your email.
- Include your deadline for the requested documents. Please note we may need 3 - 5 business days to process requests.
- Please include any other pertinent information if needed.
Former Students & Parents

- Please include proof of identity such as a driver's license, learner’s permit, school ID, etc.

- Provide student’s name during time at FSA along with date of birth.
- If requesting your student’s transcript, please indicate whether you need an official or unofficial transcript.

- Include your deadline for the requested documents. Please note we may need 5 - 7 business days to process former student requests.

Outside Educational Institution, Summer Program, Etc.

- Clearly list the name of the School, College, or Agency etc., requesting records.

- Indicate the student’s name and birthdate in the body of the email.
