Please note that all payments should be made through your Blackbaud Tuition Management Account.
Other Fees
Tuition Includes the following items:
- All required textbooks
- School-issued iPads for students in Pre-K through 3rd grade
- MacBook Air laptops for students in 4th through 12th grade
- Grade-level local field trips
- Daily lunch fee
- Technology fee
- Participation in school clubs, with the exception of Academic Teams, Speciality Clubs, Sports Clubs, Competitive Sports Teams, and clubs organized by external vendors
LATE FEE
A $40 late fee is required for late payments.
RETURN CHECKS
There will be a $25 charge for any check returned tothe school by the bank.


Payment Plans
Current Families
3,000 re-enrollment tuition deposit by February 5. The remaining tuition can be paid in two ways.
Full Payment Option
Full payment of remaining tuition by March 5
Installment Option
Remaining tuition is divided into 9 payments from May 5 to January 5. $500 is added to tuition for the installment option.
New Families
$3,000 re-enrollment tuition deposit to be paid within 10 days of receiving the acceptance letter. The remaining tuition can be paid in two ways.
Full Payment Option
Full payment of remaining tuition by the 5th day of next month
Installment Option
Remaining tuition is divided into 9 payments from May 5 to January 5. A $500 fee is added for the installment option.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
There is no sibling discount.
Pre-K–5: 7:00 AM – 7:40 AM
Grades 6–12: 7:10 AM – 7:50 AM
After-school care fee is charged as follows:
3:15 to 4:15 – $15
4:15 to 5:45 – $15
Semester Plan:
$1800 per semester (recommended for regular users)
August and October payments for Fall semester
January and February payments for Spring semester
Late Pick-Up Fees:
After 5:45, $2 dollars a minute
After 6:45 PM, local authorities will be contacted for the child’s safety.
Tuition Obligation & Refund Policy (Verified Out-of-State Relocation Only)
This policy explains Fulton Science Academy’s tuition obligations and refund provisions. It applies to all grades and programs.
FSA applies this policy consistently to all families. No exceptions are made beyond what is written here.
Annual Tuition Obligation
By signing the enrollment contract, families accept financial responsibility for the full annual tuition.
Tuition is considered fully earned as of the day the enrollment contract is submitted.
Non-Refundable Charges (Always Non-Refundable)
The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Application fee
- Enrollment fee
- Enrollment tuition deposit
- Activity fee
- Facility fee optional program deposits (athletics, clubs, trips, etc.) once the program period begins
- Late fees, ACH Failed Fee and convenience fees
Refund Eligibility (Verified Out-of-State Relocation ONLY)
Only families who permanently relocate outside Georgia and cancel enrollment may be eligible for a tuition refund.
All refunds are issued with exception of non-refundable charges.
Refund Schedule
- Through April 1: 100% of tuition paid to date with exception of non-refundable charges and enrollment deposit
- April 2 – First Day of School: 75% of annual tuition with exception of non-refundable charges and enrollment deposit
- First Day of School – October 1: 50% of annual tuition with exception of non-refundable charges and enrollment deposit
- October 2 – Last Day of First Semester: 25% of annual tuition with exception of non-refundable charges and enrollment deposit
- After the Last Day of First Semester: No tuition refund with exception of non-refundable charges and enrollment deposit
Required Documentation
Families must provide verification of out-of-state relocation, which includes:
- Employer offer letter or transfer letter
- Housing verification (lease or purchase agreement)
- Proof of acceptance and enrollment in a new school outside the area
No other circumstances qualify for a tuition refund.
This includes (but is not limited to) a change of mind, relocation within Georgia, or changes in family circumstances.
Instructional Modality, Force Majeure, & School Operations
Tuition covers instruction and access to FSA programs regardless of delivery format—in-person, online, or blended.
Temporary closures, schedule adjustments, or changes due to weather, public health situations, facility issues, or other unforeseen events do not result in tuition refunds or credits.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds will be issued by the Business Office to the original payer(s) within 10 business days, after all required documentation is received and any financial aid or account adjustments are completed..
