IT Specialist (Alpharetta, GA)
Design, implement, secure, and troubleshoot networked computers within school. Monitor for internal and external security threats, network bottlenecks, and problems with connectivity. Maintain the availability, integrity, efficiency and security of school's network and the systems connected to it. Configure and maintain security devices to ensure the safety of school’s software and hardware systems, and data. Provide service to all school community parties having issues and work toward a solution. Install and update school's network software and hardware as required. Diagnose and offer repair instructions remotely, as well as in person. Set up, wire, and connect various computers and technological equipment. Maintain and configure neat and organized filing system for warranties, manuals, inventories, destroyed log, and parts for all school software, hardware, and network.
